Awareness and Expansion
Just a head's up, this post is gonna be a thicc one. Virgo Season coming in hot or…isolating? I was recently reminded that Virgo is ruled by The Hermit in Tarot and I feel like that's exactly what I've been doing this week. I've been clearing a lot of judgement around my exhaustion and I share a little bit about it in the collective message.
August was all about learning and transformation – this month our guides want us to continue the learning y'all haha. I just recently rewatched the whole Game of Thrones series and I felt like I still had some healing to do 😅 and I know, how dare I refer to two different fantasy series in one newsletter.
ANYWAY…we're focusing on awareness & expansion. A lot of us are dealing with resistance to change (sup Earth energy haha) and the sadness that comes with change.
It's really showing us what areas in our life we need to become more aware, surrender and relinquish control. And wow, the shadow work and healing is so real right now.
Below are some tools you can use during this time – affirmations, my Reset course (hint hint), and a playlist to shift and transition into autumn with.
The affirmations I chose are personal ones that I am using right now and I invite you to create your own too. When I was writing these out, I kept wanting to say “I am gentle with myself, I am gentle with others, I am listening to myself, I am listening to others,” you get the vibes. Feel free to share this on your personal Instagram as inspiration and tag me.
